Weekly Thursday

Menus will be listed on our website. All meals follow AIP Phase 1 & are anti-inflammatory. Meals are planned & made by a chef. We use largely produce from Pete's Greens, which is all organic. We supplement with store bought organic produce. Proteins are grass fed or wild caught & rotate between beef, pork, chicken, fish & seafood. If you have any allergies to a protein, you need to let us know as we keep left overs frozen & can use a replacement protein. Pick up is Thursdays after 2pm out of the refridgerator on our back porch. Meals are pre-paid for the month. If you are going to be gone a week on vacation, let us know & we will skip the meal & give you double the following week. Any questions, please contact sales@healer.center
